We provided a bespoke support needed to design and develop its own branded lounges in Europe.
American Express has a network of more than 1,200 lounges worldwide available to American Express Platinum Card® holders. The network includes Delta Sky Club and Priority Pass Select lounges but Centurion Lounges are in the more premium range thanks to an outstanding hospitality.
The project was based on the current corporate image of the company’s VIP lounges and had all the key features that characterize them, however we added some contributions that improved the product in order to increase the customer satisfaction.
